Share Buy Back

Geiger Counter Limited announces that on 10 October, it purchased 260,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 45.3 pence per Ordinary Share.

All Ordinary Shares repurchased by the Company under the share repurchase programme are to be held in Treasury. In total, since the last Annual General Meeting the Company has repurchased 260,000 shares.

Following the above purchase, the Company has 134,279,251 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue plus 264,902 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.
