Notice of Annual General Meeting

TMT Acquisition (LSE: TMTA), the investment business established to pursue opportunities in the technology, media and telecom sector, announces that its notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") and form of proxy have today been posted to shareholders.

The Company's AGM will be held at the offices of Dowgate Capital at 15 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1BW on 26 October 2023 at 9:00 a.m.

The notice of AGM is also available on the Company's website at https://tmtacquisition.com.  

Copies of the notice of AGM and form of proxy for the 2023 AGM have today been submitted to the FCA and will shortly be available for inspection via the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
