Chair Succession Update

Further to its announcement of 18 May 2023, and in compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, Topps Tiles Plc announces that Darren Shapland will retire as Chair and that Paul Forman, having completed a transition period as Chair Designate since 1 July 2023, will take up the role of Chair, with effect from 1 October 2023. 

Keith Down, Senior Independent Director said: "On behalf of everyone in the business, I would like to thank Darren for his leadership of the Board and contribution to the success of the Topps Group over the past nine years. We wish him all the best for the future."
