("Gattaca" or the "Company")

Exercise of Options and Director/PDMR Shareholding

Gattaca, the specialist staffing solutions business, announces the exercise of certain management incentive options ("Options"), including by Matthew Wragg, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and a further person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR").

Following the exercise of Options the Company has allotted 82,844 ordinary shares of one penny each (the "Ordinary Shares"). The newly allotted Ordinary Shares are covered by the Company's existing block listing facility.

Matthew Wragg has exercised 19,504 Options over Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Matchtech Group 2006 LTIP and 28,956 Options pursuant to the Gattaca plc 2016 LTIP.  Grahame Carter, the Company's Chief Sales Officer and a PDMR, has exercised 34,126 Options over Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Gattaca plc 2016 LTIP.  A further employee of the Company has exercised 258 Options over Ordinary Shares.

Following the Option exercise, Matthew Wragg and Grahame Carter subsequently sold a total of 38,469 Ordinary Shares in order to satisfy personal tax liabilities.  The number of Options exercised and Ordinary Shares subsequently sold, at an average price of 1.193888 per Ordinary Share, by Matthew Wragg and Grahame Carter, together with their resultant total beneficial holdings of Ordinary Shares, is set out below.
