Result of AGM

Intercede, the leading specialist in digital identity, credential management and secure mobility, is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held early today, all resolutions were duly passed. Resolutions 1 to 9 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 10 to 13 were passed as special resolutions.

10.   That the Directors be given power (subject to the passing of resolution 9) (i) to allot for cash equity securities (as defined in section 560(1) of the Act for the purposes of section 561 of the Act) and (ii) to allot equity securities (as defined in section 560(2) of the Act, in either case as if section 561(1) of the Act did not apply to the allotment, within the parameters set out in the Notice. 99.83

13. That with effect from the conclusion of the meeting, article 97.1 of the Articles of Association of the Company be amended as further set out in the Notice. 99.93

Change of Name of Nominated Adviser and Broker

The Company also announces that its Nominated Adviser and Broker has changed its name to Cavendish Capital Markets Limited following completion of its own corporate merger.
