Grant of Options under the Company's Sharesave Schemes

Jet2 plc, the Leisure Travel group, is pleased to announce that under the Company's UK and International Sharesave Schemes, which have been introduced to encourage wider employee share ownership of the Company (the "Schemes"), options to subscribe for 2,006,586 ordinary shares of 1.25 pence each in the Company ("Options") were granted on 7 September 2023.   

The Options have an exercise price, calculated in accordance with the rules of the Schemes, of £8.92 per share.  Subject to the rules of the Schemes, participants will be able to exercise their Options within six months commencing from 1 October 2026 subject to the participant's continued employment.

The Company continues to operate all of its share plans within the 10% in 10 years share plans dilution limit.
