Confirmation of Board Appointment

The board of Mulberry (the "Board") is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, 7 September 2023, all resolutions were duly passed.

In addition and further to the Company's announcement on 23 August 2023, the Board is pleased to confirm the appointment of Ms Leslie Serrero to the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director.
