Empyrean Energy PLC (EME: AIM) announces that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at the offices of Armstrong Teasdale, Royal College of Surgeons of England, 38-43 Lincoln's Inn Fields, London WC2A 3PE at 10.00 a.m. on 27 September 2023.

The Company announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2023 are today being posted to shareholders, together with a Notice of the 2023 AGM, and are now available to download from the Company's website at www.empyreanenergy.com.

Form of Proxy

Shareholders will not receive a form of proxy for the Annual General Meeting in the post.
