Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that in accordance with the authority given to the Company by its shareholders at its FY22 annual general meeting and pursuant to the Company's share buy-back announced on 21 August 2023, it has purchased for cancellation through Liberum Capital Limited, the following ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"):

Lowest price paid per share (p):	115.00p
Highest price paid per share (p):	115.00p
Average price paid per share (p):	115.00p

Following cancellation of the above Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 31,768,447 Ordinary Shares in issue. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.

This number represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
