Annual Report and Notice of AGM

The Company announces that copies of the Annual Report and Accounts in respect of the year ended 31 March 2023 will be sent to shareholders in the coming days. 

The Company also announces that Notice of the Annual General Meeting and the associated Proxy Form will be sent to shareholders in the coming days. The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on 27 September 2023 at 10.00 a.m. at The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London EC2A 2RS.
