Aseana Properties (LSE:ASPL), a property developer in Malaysia which is listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, announces that the Directors have appointed Mr Robert Donald Minty, as a Jersey based Director, with immediate effect.

Mr Minty is an experienced commercial and finance professional, a qualified chartered accountant and has a CFA Certificate in ESG Investing. Mr Minty has extensive knowledge of cross-jurisdictional structures in Jersey through his 10 years of industry experience.
