Insig AI plc (AIM: INSG), the data science and machine learning group, has been notified that, Richard Bernstein, Executive Chairman of the Company, has purchased 50,050 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 18.5 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase"). Following the Purchase, Mr Bernstein's shareholding stands at 15,900,000 Ordinary Shares in Insig AI, which represents 15.29% of Insig AI's total voting rights.
