Grant of Options

Safestay (AIM: SSTY), the owner and operator of a brand of contemporary hostels, announces that on 15 August 2023 it granted an award of options over a total of 300,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company under the Company's existing share option scheme (the "Options") to Peter Zielke, Chief Operating Officer, who joined the Company on 8 November 2022.

The Options are exercisable at a price of 24 pence after a period of three years from 15 August 2023 dependent on continued employment over this period.
