Corrective announcement

Notification of a transaction by a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") of a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")

This is a corrective announcement of RNS 1280I, as a result the Company wishes to advise that it received notification on 31 July 2023 that Benjamin Hurst had bought 1,347 ordinary shares at 296 pence per share  (for an aggregate price of £3,987.12). Benjamin Hurst is deemed to be a PCA of Sean Hurst, a Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Following this purchase, Benjamin Hurst's interests is 1,788 ordinary shares in the Company.

Sean Hurst's interest is 5,312 shares ordinary shares in the Company.
