Total Voting Rights

In accordance with section 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTRs), the Group hereby notifies the market of the following:

The Group's issued capital as at 31 July 2023, consists of 80,907,419 ordinary shares of £0.01 each (Ordinary Shares) with voting rights attached. Of these, no Ordinary Shares are held exclusive of voting rights in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in ADF as at 31 July 2023 is 80,907,419.

Shareholders may use the figure of 80,907,419 Ordinary Shares as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in ADF under the DTRs.
