Voting Rights and Capital

During the month of July 200,000 shares have been allotted to the Employee Benefit Trust.  This allotment was satisfied via the Company's existing block listing arrangement. Therefore, Treatt's capital consists of 61,129,589 ordinary shares with voting rights. The number of shares held in the Employee Benefit Trust and Treatt SIP Trustees, under which voting rights are waived, is 655,707.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in Treatt is 60,473,882.

The above figure (60,473,882) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, Treatt under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
