TCS Group Holding PLC: release of 2022 Sustainability Report and appointment of new non-executive director
Limassol, Cyprus – 24 July 2023. TCS Group Holding PLC (TCS LI) (the "Group"), a leading provider of financial and lifestyle services via its digital ecosystem, is pleased to announce that it has recently released its 2022 Sustainability Report (non-financial information and diversity statement)
The Report can be found on the Company’s website at https://tcsgh.com.cy.
The Company is also pleased to announce that Mr. Alexey Malinovsky has agreed to join the Board of Directors of the Company, serving as an independent non-executive Director, with effect as of 21 July 2023. In addition, he joined the Remuneration and Strategy Committees of the Board.
Mr. Malinovsky is an experienced manager with an excellent track record in the information technology and financial services sectors: for more than a decade he has held various senior positions in one of the largest international payment processing companies.
There are no matters requiring disclosure pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
