Change to Date of Preliminary Results Announcement

Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), a diversified group delivering services to the industrial and property sectors, issues an update regarding the timing of the publication of its preliminary results for the year ended 31 May 2023.

The Group and its auditor have agreed that additional time is required to complete the audit procedures in respect of the Group's German joint venture, Hargreaves Raw Material Services GmbH.

Consequently, the Group now expects to announce its results on Wednesday 9 August 2023, delayed from the previously announced date of Wednesday 26 July 2023. 

As stated in the announcement made on 8 June 2023, the Board continues to expect to report results at least in line with market expectations.

Details of the analyst meeting and investor meeting, via the Investor Meet Company platform, to accompany the results will be provided in due course.
