RWS Holdings plc ("RWS" or the "Company") announces that on 19 July 2023 it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of £0.01 each on the London Stock Exchange from Numis Securities Limited, in accordance with the terms of the share repurchase programme announced on 14 June 2023 (the "Repurchase Programme").

RWS intends to cancel all of the purchased shares.
Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the shares purchased, RWS will have 386,667,385 ordinary shares in issue and holds no ordinary shares in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in RWS is therefore 386,667,385 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, RWS under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Since the commencement of the Repurchase Programme, the Company has repurchased 2,813,134 ordinary shares in aggregate at a weighted average price of 243.1961 pence per share.
