Temporary Suspension of Listing and Trading

Oneiro Energy (LSE: One) confirms that, at the Company's request, the listing of the Company's ordinary shares of £0.0085 each ("Ordinary Shares") on the standard segment of the Official List, and trading in the Ordinary Shares on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, have been suspended with effect from 7.30 a.m. today.

The Company has not published its audited financial statements for the financial year ended 31 January 2023 as required by the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. Oneiro is working to ensure that these financial statements are published as soon as possible, and will request a restoration of its listing following their publication. The Company will provide further updates on expected timings for the publication of its financial statements in due course.
