The Company announces that its notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") in respect of the year ended 31 December 2022 and form of proxy for the AGM, have been posted to shareholders and are available on its website at www.b90holdings.com.

The AGM is to be held on 31 July 2023 at 3.00 p.m. Central European Summer Time (2.00 p.m. BST) at the offices of one of the Company's subsidiaries, B90 Services, in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, located at De Cuserstraat 93,  1081 CN Amsterdam.
