Ocean Harvest Technology Group plc announces that it was notified on 17 July 2023 that, Stephen Walker, Non-Executive Director and PDMR of OHT, purchased in aggregate 60,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 16.46 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, Stephen Walker's beneficial interest in the Company is 180,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.14 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
