Annual Report & Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2023

Results announcement

The Company's directors are pleased to attach the Company's annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2023.  The highlights include:

·    Net asset value total return per share of 145.1p (-3.9% in the year and +8.2% over two years)

·    Net asset value per share of 115.1p

·    £216.1m fund size

·    5.0 pence dividend per share (£8.3m) in the year to March 2023 (7.0 pence per share in the year to March 2022)

·    2.5 pence per share dividend (£4.7m) declared after the March 2023 financial year end and paid in May 2023

·    Continued target annual dividend of 5.0 pence per share with additional dividends from investment realisations

·    £5.9m share buyback completed in April 2023
