BOARD CHANGE
Gateley, the legal and professional services group, announces that, due to ill health, Suki Thompson, Non-Executive Director, has notified the Company of her intention to stand down from the board with immediate effect.
The Group will look to appoint a new Non-Executive Director and will make a further announcement in due course. Non-Executive Director, Joanne Lake will chair the remuneration committee until an appointment is made.
Nigel Payne, Gateley Chairman, said:
"On behalf of the board I would like to express our thanks to Suki for her support and wise counsel as a member of the board and as chair of the remuneration committee since she joined the Company in 2017. Suki has made a tremendous contribution to the development of Gateley and she leaves with our best wishes and gratitude."
