Change of Name to Star Energy Group plc

The Company today confirms its name has changed from IGas Energy plc to Star Energy Group plc.

The change of name was approved by the Company's shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 14 June 2023.  This change has now taken effect.

The Company's  stock market TIDM will become "STAR" from tomorrow, 27 June 2023, at 8.00 am (UK time).  The Company's SEDOL (BZ042C2), ISIN (GB00BZ042C28) and LEI (213800S8WP2L294NR559) are unchanged.

Shareholders will be unaffected by the change of name, and existing share certificates should be retained and remain valid.

A new company website will be launched in early July and a further communication will be made at that time. The current Company website can still be found at https://www.igasplc.com.
