Venture Life Group plc (AIM: VLG), a leader in developing, manufacturing and commercialising products for the international self-care market, announces that Carl Dempsey, Non-Executive Director, today purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.3p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 38.00 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Mr Dempsey beneficially holds 148,500 Ordinary Shares representing 0.12 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
