Audited FY23 Results - revised announcement date

Mulberry Group plc (the "Company" or "Mulberry"), the British sustainable luxury brand, notes that the announcement of its audited results for the 52 weeks ended 1 April 2023 (the "FY23 Results"), due today 22 June 2023, has been pushed back by approximately one week. This is to allow the Company's auditors some additional time to complete its procedures.

The Board of Mulberry reiterates the guidance given in the trading update released on 20 April 2023 and emphasises that the revised announcement date has not arisen as a result of any concerns relating to the FY23 Results.
