Global Interconnection Group SA Offer

Following the Company's announcement on 17 December 2024 that it had received a potential offer from Global InterConnection Group SA ("GIG SA") Link Here the Company's independent directors (the "Independent Directors") are conscious of the time that has elapsed since that announcement due to the multiple jurisdictions involved and wish to update shareholders, as follows:

Positive discussions are continuing between the Company and GIG SA on the potential offer, which the Independent Directors hope may lead to a formal offer. In parallel, the Company continues to explore alternative sources of investment in the businesses, engaging actively with interested parties.

The Company wishes to draw these proceedings to a conclusion as soon as possible. We will apprise shareholders in due course.
