Issue of Supplementary Prospectus

The Board of Puma Alpha VCT plc (the "Company") announces that it has today published a supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the Company's offer for subscription to raise up to £15 million, with an over-allotment facility of up to £5 million (the "Offer"), details of which were set out in a prospectus issued by the Company on 29 November 2022.

The publication of the Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Regulation Rules and Section 87G of The Financial Services and Market Act 2000 following the publication by the Company of its annual report and accounts for the period ended 28 February 2023. Certain information from the annual report and accounts is incorporated by reference into the Supplementary Prospectus.

A copy of the Supplementary Prospectus has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at:
