Change to 2025 Corporate Events Calendar
Milan – Generali's Board of Directors has resolved today to call the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting to approve the Financial Statements for the year ending 31 December 2024 with the first call on 23 April and the second call on 24 April, instead of the date previously indicated in the 2025 financial calendar.
On the basis of past experience, we expect that the Annual General Meeting will take place on 24 April.
