Board Changes

Hornby Plc, the international models and collectibles group, today announces the following change to the Board.

Henry de Zoete, a Non-Executive Director, has notified the board of his intention to step down from the end of June 2023.

Henry is leaving the Group to focus on a full-time role as Adviser to the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister on Artificial Intelligence.

Lyndon Davies, Non-Executive Chairman, commented:

"The Board would like to thank Henry for his contribution to the Group over the past eighteen months. We wish him all the best in his role at Number 10".

It is the board's intention to recruit an additional independent director and a search has commenced.
