Posting of Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Fiinu, a fintech group, creator of the Plugin Overdraft®, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 December 2022 ("2022 Annual Report") and the Notice of the 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have now been published and can be accessed via the Company's website at: www.fiinu.com. The 2022 Annual Report, the Notice of AGM and details of voting by proxy have been posted to shareholders who have not consented to receive electronic communications.

Notice of AGM

The AGM is to be held on Friday 30 June 2023 at 11.00 am at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5DG and will consider the resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM.

Shareholders may attend in person or exercise their right to vote by submitting their proxy vote electronically via www.shareregistrars.uk.com or by sending the Form of Proxy to Share Registrars Limited to arrive by no later than 11.00am on Wednesday 28th June 2023.  Full details of how to vote and appoint proxies are set out in the Notice of AGM.
