Availability of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
7 June 2023 - Singapore: Jadestone Energy plc ("Jadestone" or the "Company"), an independent oil and gas production company focused on the Asia-Pacific region, announces that its annual report, including its audited financial results, for the year ended 31 December 2022 ("2022 Annual Report") has been published on the Company's website at www.jadestone-energy.com.
The 2022 Annual Report will be posted to shareholders on 7 June 2023 together with the Notice of the 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Form of Proxy. The Company will hold its AGM on 30 June 2023 at 9:00 a.m. at the offices of Simmons & Simmons, Citypoint, 1 Ropemaker Street, London, EC2Y 9SS.
The Company is also pleased to announce that its 2022 Sustainability Report has been published on its website.

Led by an experienced management team with a track record of delivery, who were core to the successful growth of Talisman's business in Asia, the Company is pursuing an acquisition strategy focused on growth and creating value through identifying, acquiring, developing and operating assets in the Asia-Pacific region.
