Director's/PCA Shareholdings

Helios, the investment vehicle which builds shareholder value through exposure to Lloyd's was informed on 2 June 2023  that Michael Cunningham Non-Executive Chairman, and a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") of the Company, on 1 June 2023 sold 23,600 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 171.0 pence per share, and subsequently, he and his wife each purchased 11,800 Ordinary Shares at a price of 171.0 pence per share into their Individual Savings Accounts, in order to effect "Bed and ISA" trades.
