The Company has been informed that on 2 June 2023 Piers Lea, the Company's Chief Strategy Officer, has gifted 200,000 ordinary shares of 0.375p each ("Ordinary Shares") in aggregate to one UK registered charity.

Following this gift, Piers Lea now holds 8,546,697 shares, representing approximately 1.08 per cent of the Company's issued share capital, of which 2 million shares are held in a Trust where Piers Lea is a Trustee; the trust is therefore considered to be a Person Closely Associated with Piers Lea.
