Dividend Declaration - Final Dividend Timetable

Helios, the investment vehicle which builds shareholder value through exposure to Lloyd's, confirms its timetable in relation to the Scrip Dividend for the year ending 31 December 2022.

8 June 2023	Ordinary Shares quoted ex-dividend
9 June 2023	Record Date
16 June 2023	Relevant Price for the Scrip Dividend New Shares announced
30 June 2023	Final date for receipt of Scrip Dividend Mandate Election forms and CREST Dividend Election Input Messages
14 July 2023	Payment of cash dividend and posting of tax vouchers
14 July 2023	Allotment of New Shares to Certificated and CREST Shareholders and admission for trading.

Shareholders who hold their Ordinary Shares in the Company in certificated form can join the Scrip Dividend Scheme now by completing the Scrip Dividend Mandate form and sending it to Neville Registrars at Neville House, Steelpark Road, Halesowen B62 8HD.

Shareholders who hold their Ordinary Shares in uncertificated form within CREST ("CREST Shareholders") can only elect to receive dividends in the form of New Shares by use of the prescribed CREST Dividend Election Input Message procedure (the "CREST procedure"). If you are a CREST Shareholder, you should consult your CREST sponsor who will be able to take appropriate action on your behalf and make the election using the prescribed CREST procedure.
