Volvere (AIM:VLE), the growth and turnaround investment company, announces that yesterday it posted to shareholders notice of its annual general meeting, to be held at 11:00 a.m. at Marriott Harrison LLP, 80 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6EE on Monday 26 June 2023, together with hard copies (for those shareholders who have not elected to receive electronic communication from the Company) of its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2022.
