Director/ PDMR Shareholding

Hostelworld announces that on 30 and 31 May 2023 the following shares were sold on the PDMRs' behalf to provide for the settlement of the PDMRs' tax liabilities arising in connection with the acquisition of shares on 17 May 2023 under the terms of the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan.
