Notice of AGM

MaxRets Ventures, (AQUIS:MAX), an investing company focussing on early-stage or undervalued later stage businesses with strong upside potential, announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, 22 June 2023 at 50, Sloane Avenue, London, SW3 3DD.

The Notice of AGM (the "Notice") and Form of Proxy are today being sent to shareholders and will shortly be available on the Company's website, www.maxrets.com.

Shareholders are encouraged to complete, sign and return the Form of Proxy accompanying the Notice to the Company's Registrar, Share Registrars Limited, as soon as possible but in any event so as to be received not later than 3.00 p.m. on 20 June 2023. The return of a Form of Proxy will not preclude a shareholder from attending and voting at the Annual General Meeting in person, should they subsequently decide to do so.
