Venture Life Group plc (AIM: VLG), a leader in developing, manufacturing and commercialising products for the international self-care market, announces that Paul Mcgreevy, Non-Executive Chairman, today purchased 125,276 ordinary shares of 0.3p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a volume weighted average price of 39.91 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Mr Mcgreevy beneficially holds 689,866 Ordinary Shares representing 0.55 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
