Hansard Global Plc (the "Company")

Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and Persons Closely Associated with them in accordance with article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation

The Company announces that the following conditional nil cost share award over ordinary shares of 50 pence each ("Shares") was granted under the terms of an employment contract to a person discharging managerial responsibility and in accordance with the Company's director remuneration policy.
