Publication of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Sound Energy, the transition energy company, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 has today been published, together with a notice convening the Company's annual general meeting (the "AGM"). 

The AGM is to be held at 20 St Dunstan's Hill, London, EC3R 8HL on Tuesday, 13 June 2023 at 12.00 noon.
