Highway Capital Plc announces that it has issued a Convertible Loan Note for the amount of £11,000 to Maciej Szytko, a director of the Company. The Loan has a term of 6 months, conversion price of 5p per new ordinary share and 5% interest per annum payable at maturity.

The Company also announces that it has issued a Convertible Loan Note for the amount of £9,000 to unconnected investor. The Loan has a term of 6 months, conversion price of 5p per new ordinary share and 5% interest per annum payable at maturity.
