IGas announces that it has posted its Annual Report and Accounts 2022 to shareholders together with the Notice of AGM 2023 and forms of proxy.  The AGM will be held on 14 June 2023.

The Annual Report and Accounts 2022 and Notice of AGM 2023 will be available on the Company's website at http://www.igasplc.com. 

The result of the AGM will be announced shortly after its conclusion and published on the Company's website.
