Empresaria, the global specialist staffing group, announces that, on 2 May 2023, Rhona Driggs, Chief Executive Officer, has sold 144,621 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to finance the associated tax liabilities arising from the exercise of share options announced on 28 April 2023.

Following this exercise and sale, Rhona Driggs is interested in 220,099 Ordinary Shares.
