Director dealing in ordinary shares

Learning Technologies Group plc, provider of services and technologies for digital learning and talent management, was notified that on 26 April 2023, Kath Kearney-Croft, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, purchased 22,932 shares for an average price of £1.0891 per share and on 27 April 2023, Miss Croft, daughter of Kath Kearney-Croft, purchased 9,004 shares for an average price of £1.1140 per share in LTG (the "Transaction"). On 11 August 2022 and 11 November 2022, Miss Croft bought 39 shares and 25 shares respectively, as part of an ongoing dividend reinvestment plan.

Following this Transaction and the additional shares bought by Miss Croft, Kath Kearney-Croft and persons closely associated with, holds a beneficial interest in a total of 114,204 Ordinary Shares.
