Electrica informs the shareholders and investors that, on 26 April 2023, the High Court of Cassation and Justice settled the appeal filed by Societatea de Distributie a Energiei Electrice Transilvania Sud SA (at preset DEER) and Electrica .S.A. in the file no. 435/2/2019, by admitting it and sending the case to the same court for re-examining the main action.

The file has as object Societatea de Distributie a Energiei Electrice Transilvania Sud SA (at preset DEER) and Electrica`s request for the cancellation of the Order of ANRE President no. 199/2018 regarding the approval of specific tariffs for the electricity distribution service and the price for reactive electricity, for Societatea de Distributie a Energiei Electrice Transilvania Sud - S.A.

The action was rejected by the trial court, Electrica and SDEETS filed an appeal against this decision.
