Senior management appointment and Board retirement

Curtis Banks (AIM: CBP), one of the UK's leading SIPP providers, is pleased to announce that Ross Allan has joined the Group's executive leadership team as interim Chief Operating Officer with effect from 1 May 2023. Ross brings a wealth of experience to Curtis Banks, having previously worked for abrdn and Standard Life and we are delighted to have him take on this important role with us.

Jane Ridgley, who gave notice of her proposed retirement in June 2022, will be stepping down as a Director of all Group companies with effect from 1 May 2023 and is retiring from Curtis Banks. Jane fulfilled the role of Chief Operating Officer for a number of years and the Group has benefited from her long tenure with both Suffolk Life and Legal and General.
