Notification and public disclosure of transactions by PDMRs

RWS Holdings plc ("RWS" or "the Company"), a unique world-leading provider of technology-enabled language, content and intellectual property services, announces that it has been informed that Ian El-Mokadem, Chief Executive Officer, has acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 238.20 pence and Candida Davies, Chief Financial Officer, has acquired 20,000 Shares at a price of 241.93 pence.

Following these share purchases, Ian El-Mokadem has a total beneficial interest in 150,000 shares in the Company and Candida Davies has a total beneficial interest in 20,000 shares in the Company.
