The Company announces with deep regret that John Murray, non-executive director of Insig AI passed away yesterday, suddenly after a short illness.

Insig AI Chairman, Richard Bernstein commented: "We have lost a great friend to the Company and to us personally. John's wise counsel, decency and good humour will be hugely missed."
